A violinist. Tamara Hatwan is currently a member of the first violin sections of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, which she joined in 1995, and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra. She was the assistant concertmaster of the Long Beach Symphony from 1989-2000, and has been a member of the Pacific Symphony and the Los Angeles Opera Orchestra. She has also performed on the soundtracks of over five hundred motion pictures.
Granddaughter of Spanish troubadour Rafael Farina, Latin pop singer Tamara made her debut on a TV show called Menudas Estrellas, singing Pocahontas' main title, recording her debut album, Gracias, at the age of 15. In 2001, Tamara moved to Miami to make her following record, a bolero compilation called Siempre, produced by Bebu Silvetti.
